i have really really flat feet like zero arch!. the part where my arch should be touches the gound!. i heard that you can develop bad posture and that it really hurts ur backk!.!.!. is this true!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should get inserts for your shoes!. I wouldn't recommend wearing flip flops!. My father had extremely flat feet and he had to put insoles in his shoes with a higher arch!. You should also visit a podiatrist once a year!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
