Question: How come wen i use a nazal spray to clear my nose it gives me headaches!?

i always used to use it by colds and it feels so good to breathe when u have a cold but i wanna use it now again and e/time i do i get a headache!. could i b from that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The sprays go into your sinuses- and dry sinuses can cause headaches!. That's one reason the sprays say not to use them for too long!.

Have you tried steam!? I've noticed that seems to stop my nose from running and being blocked up at times!.
