Hiccups are a spasms in the diaphragm!. The only thing you need to do is take slow and even breaths for 60 seconds!. This will stop them!. If you don't want to wait a minute, you can try to take 10 sips of liquid in a row without taking a breath!.!. this usually works also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Hiccups are an unintentional contraction of the diaphragm which is the muscle that separates the chest from the stomach!.
This contraction causes the vocal chords to close briefly, making the sound of a hiccup!.
Things that trigger hiccups are eating large meals; drinking carbonated drinks; smoking; drinking alcohol; change in temperature; swallowing air; sudden excitement or emotion stress!.
Home remedies: Swallow a dry tsp of sugar!.
Hold breath for count of 10;
Breathe into bag;
Drink very cold water;
Drink water from top of glass!.
