You could be dehiderated so try drink a glass of room temperature or warm water, cold water wll only make it worse!. also try to get your self away from any overstimulating noise and relax your self!. listen to some soft and quiet music, classical is good, just make sure not to turn it up too loud!. sorry about your head ache hope i helped! feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com
