This may sound weird but it was on Oprah!. It is called the Nettie pot!. Dr!. Oz was on that day!. It is a system to wash out the sinuses using a warm salt solution by pouring it into the nose with head tilted to the side!. Sounds unusual, one of the people in the audience that suffered hay fever for years tried it and came back on the next Oz show and said she hadn't taken any allergy medicine since she started using the Nettie pot!.
