I agree with the running idea, BUT i don't believe running is for everyone!. I use running, but i think that a hobby can help!. Find a thing or a few things that will help!. I have a few hobbies that i use to help!. Meditating, not like Buddha monk stuff, can help!. Find a nice relaxing place and when you have "free" time and are feeling stressed go there or even just sit down and just think reflect and, if your religious, pray!.
