If you hold a fart in long enough, will you eventually burp instead?!

I've held in a couple of farts and then forgotten i even had to fart, only to realize later that i may have burped it out instead!. Is this even possible!?

I know i've swallowed burps and farted just minutes later as it made its way through my digestive system and out my anus!. Think the reverse is possible with farts turning to burps!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
