Full sick feeling for 24 hours?!

I've been feeling sick and full for 24 hours now, and before I try and make a doctors appointment for tomorrow (for several other complaints as well) I thought I'd ask on here!.
I am 20 weeks pregnant, and just wanted to know if that is why I could be feeling so aeful, but it did come on all of a sudden!.
I thought I had drinken too much milk (about a quart) in a few hours, or eaten too much chocolate or cheese (both ridiculous amounts)!.
Could I still be feeling ill from eating so much!?!? Or is it something else!?
