What do I do if I am craving dairy but allergic to it?!


Question: What do I do if I am craving dairy but allergic to it!?
Two years ago I stopped eating dairy for health reasons!. The consequences were great as I had less mucus, no more abdominal pain and felt "cleaner", and my sense of smell became more accurate!. But now I intuitively feel like my body "needs" dairy, but do not want the negative consequences!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try some of the soy products!. I have found that soy milk is basically interchangeable with regular milk!. If you're craving ice cream then try icee's and other water ice products!. If you have a dairy allergy then I don't recommend eating it but if you're only lactose intolerant then use the lactaid pills and use lactaid (or whomever) dairy products, in moderation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are between the devil and the deep blue sea!. I would suggest you treat yourself to a little, not much, but once you tasted it you might not be able to control the cravings so its really up to you!. have you ever heard of antioxidant!. read about it on the internet!. maybe that will help you controll some of your syntoms so you don't have to avoid dairy!.you should also start drinking some nutrition juice to help you with all those irritations,Www@Answer-Health@Com
