I am active and eat alot of fiber, but im still irregular?!


Question: I am active and eat alot of fiber, but im still irregular!?
I do cardio almost every day!. I ususally get more than the recommended daily amount of fiber!. And even when I used laxative teas, I can't seem to go to the bathroom! and its not good because my stomach stays bloated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
