Anemia Help?!


Question: Anemia Help!?
What are some effects of having anemia!.!.!.
How do you get better from having anemia!.!.
also I eat lots of meat!.!.rich in iron and brocolli, so eating more iron enriched foods is not good advice, I already take iron supplements!.!.!.if i eat so much iron anyway, what causes MY iron deficiency!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's possible that you have a gastrointestinal tract abnormality!. Most of the iron the we ingest is absorbed in the small intestine!. The symptoms of anemia include pale skin, fatigue, tachycardia (increased heart rate), sore tongue and an enlarged spleen!. Another symptom is the desire to eat things like dirt or sand!. This is called pica!.

Also, are you menstruating!? Anemia sometimes occurs in menstruating women!. Are you pregnant or nursing!? Same thing applies!.

You need to speak with a doctor about this because symptoms of anemia can be similar to other blood disorders and you may not have anemia at all!. You will be given tests to determine if this is in fact anemia and you will be given medication to correct it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you always been anemic or is this new!? If it's new then your doctor needs to get to work!. If you've always been anemic It is possible your iron deficiancy is in your blood and not that your lossing the iron or something you did to yourself!. Your doing all the right things for yourself now but don't expect to be able to relax on your diet anytime soon, My iron deficiency will be with me forever and I know that and I carry snacks ( rich in iron and also a few things to keep my energy up) and I always have to wear bronzer or else I look dead!. I know sometimes the fatigue is unbearable especially if you get hit with an injury or get sick your deficiency enables your body to get sicker and weaker then others!.!.!.!.!. consume more biological stuff such as leafy vegetables such as spinach , lot of fruits , consume red roots more such as bit, carrot and have maximum juice one can , but it should be fresh and not tinned !. Discard meat while on vegetation atleast for one week and you will get superb result gauranteed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

have you ever tried eating liver so i have heard its loaded with iron !.and when i say liver i dont mean human liver !.just animal liverWww@Answer-Health@Com
