I don't know whats up with my body and I need help!?!


Question: I don't know whats up with my body and I need help!!?
Ok heres how its been going for the past two days i have no hunger at all!. Yesterday from 7am to 11pm all i had was 3 sticks of celery to eat and thats all!. I am still driking fluids like i had two bottles of water and a sprit yesterday!. I don't have a fever and i don't feel sick!. Everything with my stomach is normal expect I am not hungry!. I don't have a headache or anything and i wonder why!. What could be the cause of this!. I have been stressed out but this has never happened I just don't know!. I am also really sleepy all the time and have been sleeping great but it dosn't help!. And I'm not on any drugs at all just a daily vitamin i have been taking for a long time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Is there any chance that you are under a great deal of stress!? Perhaps even depressed!? Stress can lead to either a heavier appetite or no appetite, and will in fact make you incredibly tired!. But even with all that sleep, you are still fatigued!. Look at what is going on in your life and see if maybe that is having an effect on you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The school year is almost over and you mentioned that you were worried about loosing touch with your friends once school was over , you wondered about your girl , so if you have lost your appetite , stress is the cause of it , your mind is occupied by other things at this moment , it's normal for people to loose their appetite and weight when something bothers them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would fix some food & try to eat anyway!. I agree you might be depressed & just have a leave me alone attitude I have enough already!. If you eat a little pasta the carbs might help your energy!. I would get some fresh spinach & put some nutritional things in it!. I get some things from a salad bar like different color peppers & mushrooms & I add some chopped pecans!. This can jump start your appetite!. But ask yourself why you feel like you have had enough!. Then cut out the things you can in your life & take it the good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
