Also to the one who said a 106 fever is dangerous!.!.!.yeah it is but I think you should worry at 103 degrees! Thats what my ER said!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is important to drink fluids when you have a fever!. It is important because fever causes considerable fluid loss through the skin and perspiration!. Because it is difficult to measure fluid loss, it is good to drink 1 to 2 quarts of extra fluid each day that you have a fever!.

tylenol or ibuprofin

Fevers greater than 106 degrees F are very serious!. These high fevers need to be treated in the hospital!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fever is a natural response to infections so you shouldn't try to break it just for the fun of breaking it!. Keep it in check so it doesn't get too high!. If I remember correctly put cold/wet towels on the persons forehead and stuff like that if he/she is getting overheated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take two tablets of paracetamol (Panadol), drink lots of water, rest on the bed, keep a cool environment, use a ice cold towel over the forehead of the sick person!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tylenol and a cold bath or pack them in ice is about all you can do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
