anyone taken diazepam long term!? Does anyone have fast or punding heart from it!?It seems to come on after taking this medication afew hours later

I have taken diazapam for many years but would not advise anyone else to do so, it i very addictive and one has to be weaned off it very gradually, it sometimes has the opposite effect for which it is prescribed that is as a sedative, making one anxious, panicky and nervous!. I only take as low a dose as possiible through choice to prevent going into withdrawal which is as bad as heroin withdrawal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
