Question: I feel like a freak!. I twitch & spasm and my legs flop about when i'm tired!.!? myclonic jerks!?
When ever i am tired or really relaxed, usually when i am ying in bed waiting to fall asleep, i start having uncontrolable body twitches!. My legs can seriously jerk 1/2 a foot off the bed!. I swear they are getting worse!. My head twitches all around!. I feel like a freak!.
I dont think i have epilepsy or anything like that because it only happens when i am relaxed!.
Sometimes, they are so big taht i wake my hubby up, & trust me, he is not easy to wake up!.
I think it might be myclonic jerks!. Do you have any info on them!?

You probably have some type of myclonic jerk that is related to RLS!. But my best suggestion I can give you would be to go see a doctor because NO ONE ON THE INTERNET CAN see you in person or have a long detailed discussion to HELP YOU!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
