well a good way is to avoid food after 7 pm , exercising some and doing things during the day to keep your system alert no napping lol and if you drink caffeine products stay away from them after 6 pm !.!.!.!. sugar too I know it sounds boring but it might work !!Www@Answer-Health@Com

To re-set your circadian rhythm, try to sleep at the appropriate time and maybe heat up some warm milk to help you sleep!.
Milk will actually be of help as it will give you a little kick of protein and sugar that will be condusive for sleep!.

If that still does not help, you could try taking natural sleep supplements like Valerian or Melatonin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try staying up all night and going to bed early!. I know that its hard but if you do it on the weekend it won't be too bad!. You have to reset your internal clock, I tried this recently and it worked!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
