What are the symptoms of premenapuse?!

Question: What are the symptoms of premenapuse!?
Answers:
Contrary to legend, most women get through this with minimal symptoms!. Menopause isn't an event!. It's a transition that stretches out over years, and it's far easier for most than having a monthly period!. It almost always has started by the time a woman is in her early 40s, but for many women it starts in their late 30s!. Again, most women don't even notice until the last few years of this multi-year transition, and most of the symptoms are things she wouldn't notice, like changes in bone density, in cholesterol levels, etc!. Women who notice signs (hate to use the word symptoms, because menopause is not an illness) usually have some intermittent flushing of the face, neck, chest, and upper back!. They can feel hot more easily than others, which results in the flushng!. They may have some sleep changes!. Their periods get irregular!. The signs disappear once she's through the peri-menopausal stage and stops having periods all together!. The "symptoms" are a result of her hormones fluctuating up and down!. They will eventually settle "down"!. Anything more intense than those things could be a sign of a problem and should be investigated by her ob-gyn!. Hope that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hot flashes!. We get hot no one else in the room does!. What I hated the most, night sweats!. I went into pre-menopause when I was 28!. Hang in there girl!. Look for alternative therapies BEFORE going to standard drug therapy!. Pre-menopause has been going on since for ever!. Look for herbal remedies from China and EuropeWww@Answer-Health@Com
