Is this a healthy thing to do?!


Question: Is this a healthy thing to do!?
I currently weigh around 142-147!. I want to get up to 170!. My target date in 3 months from now!. I also plan on lifting weights while I try to gain the weight!.

I am 21!.!. and the most I've ever weighed is 158!.


1) Is what I want to do achievable!?

2) Is gaining ~30 in 3 months healthy!?

It depends how you gain it!. If you exercise and eat healthy, then it will be fine!. But you should let your body gain at a natural rate!. 3 months seems a bit unrealistic!. Muscle does weigh more than fat, so keep lifting!.

Just remember that your calorie intake has to be higher than what you burn with exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes!. my boyfriend set the same goal for himself!. it is achievable, but in order to do it healthily and gain muscle (and not fat!), you need to eat healthy, mainly protein!. if you want to gain it fast, eat right before bed!. in doing this, though you will have to step up your cardio workouts!. eat often in smaller portions as opposed to binging at mealtimes!. this will be easier on your digestive system!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
