I asked him to relieve some tension in my neck when lying down on my stomach!. He told me I needed to turn around on my back and he went up behind my head and instead of giving me a massage like I thought he would, he dug his fingers into the holes to the sides of my neck and I felt him flicking around ligaments and squeezing something until it really hurt, he said he

well my physiotherapist always asked before doing something that would cause pain for long periods of time and always asked if he thought that it would feel awkward so perhaps change your physio!. Hope you feel better soon =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
