everyone creates sweat differently!.!. it could have to do with how well and what soap they use when cleaning their feet!. it can have to do with how clean their socks are, and how often they are changed, as well as the shoe itself!.!. also some shoes don't allow for air to come in so it traps the odor and when odor gets wet it gets worse!.!.!. but i don't know for certain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It all depends on what is growing on them!.
Everyone has bacteria on their feet and some people also have mold!.
If you have lots of smelly bacteria on your feet, they are gonna smell!. And if you have fungus (like athletes foot, etc) it's gonna smell too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My feet rarely stink, this is because I bathe everyday and wear a fresh pair of socks each day!. My BF on the other hand, bathes like every other day, and re-wears dirty socks!. His feet smell like ***!! Lol!Www@Answer-Health@Com
