Question: Vitamin tablet for daily use!?
I bought some Vitamin B Complex tablets for ordinary daily use!. This is the composition of each tablet:
Vit B1 3mg
Vit B2 1!.5mg
Vit B6 0!.5mg
Vit D 250 I!.U!.
Nicotinamide 10mg
Would you advise to use this table for daily use!? Is the vitamin content enough for someone like me who does a lot of sports and also studies hard!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if the body does not need it it will be expelled in are body wastes !. a daily one a day vitamin is usually preferred but the b12 complex im sure theres info on it on the web or on the bottleWww@Answer-Health@Com
