Question: I feel dizzy, advice please!?
I was using spray paint to spray stuff, and I followed the instructions on the can, but now i feel really dizzy and nauseated!.
I'm sitting down, and drinking plenty of water!. but is there anything else i could do!? thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should always wear a mask while you are using any harsh chemicals esp when they are going into the air like spray paint does!. It can be really dangerous to breathe in toxins like that!. If you are still in the area you painted in, open a door/window to circulate air and get out of that room/space for a few hours until its all dry and not giving off that strong odor!.Go outside and relax for a bit to get some fresh air into your body, and if you dont feel better call your doctor asap!.
