you could be deyhdrated believe it or not, I know that sounds odd!. If you have been out in the sun and eating alot of salty foods it can cause that!. Try to rest and drink lots of fluids!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Go to your local doctor as soon as possible!. It could possibly be arthritis, which is joint inflammation and has symptoms such as
-pain
-swelling
-stiffness
-loss of motion in the joints
Also!.!.!.Arthritis is a diseas that causes swelling and pain in the feet and hands so I would go to your doctor ASAP!
