Question: I want to take a nap!.!. how long should it be if I want to feel the most rested!?
I need to stay up really late but I want to take a "power nap" without over sleeping!. I want to feel "refreshed" as much as I can!. What is the optimum amount of sleep I should get during my nap!? Any suggestions or information!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I usually take two hour nap but trust me, it leaves you feel even more tired than before you take the nap!. (I tend to over sleep!.!.!. don't know why) I feel refreshed when I wake from a 30-mins nap!. So take a short, timed nap if you can!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
a normal sleep cycle takes one and a half hours!. therefore, if you wake after 1!.5 (or an increment thereof) you will feel more rested than if you were to sleep for say, 2 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
