That is a feature of Tourettes!.!.!.!.!.there is a part of the brain which governs what we say in polite society!.!.!.!.!.so you don't normally go around saying **** and shite etc!.!.!.or normally you wouldn't!.!.!.!.with tourettes as far as I know!.!.!.the sufferer has the words going around in their head saying, dont say that!.!.!.!.but they just cant help themselves!.!.!.!.a bit like being very drunk and not wanting to make a fool of yourself, but being unable to stop yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
People with Tourette's syndrome swear because their brain can't censor what comes out of their mouths, so they can't control themselves not to say what they're thinking!.
