Question: Is this heat rash!?
I have an itchy rash on my legs and arms!. I think it must be heatrash because its appeared in areas where I got sunburned last week!. Is it just a case of climatising to the hot weather we've been having in the UK of late!? I'm worried because I'm going on holiday to Greece at the end of the week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is most likely heat rash!. Heat rash occurs when the skin in the area gets hot and sweats and air can not get to the perspiration to cool the skin!. It is very important to leave the area uncovered, or at least wear clothes made of natural fabrics, such as cotton, because they breath!.
Try cooling the area with a cold compress whenever it feels warm!. You might also try some aloe vera lotion or camamile lotion on the area!.

I've got the same on my arms, it's driving me insane!. I found splashing a bit of cold water on it helps :)
