The watch below will do this, but as others have pointed out, if you find your pulse, and have a watch with a second hand, you can take your pulse in 15 seconds!. Count the number of beats in a 15 second timespan, and multiply by 4!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Any watch with a second hand will work!. You don't need a certain brand!. You can get a cheap one at Wal Mart for about 5 bucks that will serve the purpose!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
