Wrist muscles?!
Question: Wrist muscles!?
I got a new watch the other day!. The wrist band is the metal, inflexible kind - the ones that keep the same loop shape, almost like a bracelet!. The links on this watch are kinda big, so it either fits me tightly (which wasn't gunna work), or loosely!. It's bearable being a bit loose, but I want it to fit just a little tighter so it doesn't slide around as much as it does!. Since the watch band can't be adjusted any better, I thought that I'd just have to make my wrist a bit bigger!.
So - what are some workouts that would target primarily my wrist area!? I've got a pair of 10 lb!. dumbells to work with!. How long would it take to see any noticable change!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

lift the dumbells up and down using only your writs, they will get small at first but in a 3 days or so they will get a bit bigger as the tendons of your wrists bulge out moreWww@Answer-Health@Com
first i would suggest telling me your "occupation" or description!. i don't know how old u are so i can't tell u what to work out with, if u are somewhere around 16 i would suggest u would start going to a gym, but if u just want to tighten teh wrist area, dumb bells aren't going to do it!. u have to do some pull ups, push ups try to climb ropes with no legs, that's the kinda thing that straightens and smoothes the area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
in weight lifting the wrist muscles are a very big contributor to success, I would definnately use either a 10 or under pound weight (dumbell) and use a back and forth lifting method, it also increases size in your forearm, It would probably take a week to see any change I think it only strengthins , it doesnt really increase sizeWww@Answer-Health@Com
you cant really get "wrist muscles" but i swim and i have little ones!. i have this friend and hes always working out at the gym and he has them!. idk what he does though, sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
