ok so i started smokin g at 12 and have smoked for 3 yrs now my parents think i smoke and have confronted me about it and i have always said i dont smoke how can i convince them i dont smoke as i am giving up at the moment please i really need help with this!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go ahead and admit that you smoke!. I assume you are 15, not 13, if you started at 12 and have smoked for 3 years!. Tell your parents the truth, and you will probably get permission to smoke!. Then you can quit if you want to, and they will probably help you to quit!.

don't lie and try to convince them ur not!. smoking causes MAJOR health risks including lung cancer!. The best thing to do is just tell them before the lies go any deeperWww@Answer-Health@Com
