Answers:
Maxillary antrum
maxillary antrum is the same thing as the maxillary sinus!.

A air filled cavity within the maxilla (bone that forms the face and upper jaw)!. The maxillary sinus is located just below the bony prominence of the cheek!.

The Cyst in this case is blocking the sinus on that side of your face from draining properly!. 10% of all people who have
sinus x-rays have this!. Usually it is no big deal and has no symptoms!. Was this diagnosed by an ENT (ear, nose and throat doctor)!? If it was he knows what he is talking about and it usually requires no treatment!. If this is different he may recommend further testing but probably not!.

The white/grey matter just means the brain and that it is normal!. It shows nothing abnormal in the brain!. Basically it just lets the doctor know your brain is working the way it should!.

Hope this helps you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like a case of sinus polyps!. I have the same issue, and they caught it on the MRI!. I'm really surprised a doctor didn't go over the results with you!. They shouldn't cause too many troubles!. But you may find that you get migraines(particularly based on the environmental changes)!. Sometimes sinus infections get really bad and more frequent!. You may have pressure, and weird sensations (or even decreased sensations in the cheek region)!. But a lot of these symptoms are characteristic of an infection!. Trust me, you will be just fine!. It it gets too unbearable, people will get them removed (but they do grow back eventually)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
