Question: What does my body actually need!?
I saw an article about a month or two ago online at my igoogle page!. It was talking about how when you're craving certain foods like chocolate, chips, etc, your body is actually in need of something else ie you crave something salty, but your body actually needs (i don't remember what)!. Does anyone know what your body needs in comparison to what you are craving!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think your body needs food and water!. It is not healthy do deny yourself sugars, because you do need them, but everything should be taken in moderation!. I hear all the time about doctors in America say you should have at least 8 glasses of water a day!. I think this is wrong!. You should drink when you are thirsty!.!.!.that is when you know you are dehydrated!.!.!.when you are thristy!. If you pay attention to your body, it will tell you what it needs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
