Question: Feeling sick!.!?
I may be paranoid but I had surgery on the 7th of this month to have my Gall Bladder removed!. I was starting to feel better, I'd been taking my pain pills like my doctor told me only today I had to take about 4 naps (I'm on Lortabs) & my stitches are pink, warm, and bruised!. And I've been really hot all night even though it is only 58 degrees F in the house!. I've thrown up one & been nauseous all night!.

You need to call your doctor right away!. Any type of discomfort, fever, chills, swelling near or on the sutures after surgery are immediate RED FLAGS related to infection!
If you have a fever (102 and up and won't come down) and persist to vomit and/or you doctor does NOT call back within a half and hour from when you left the message from the answering service, GO TO THE Emergency Room!!
