Question: I am a drug addict who needs help stopping!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
Right now besides the many other pills i take it seems to be the methadone that is really killing me!. I do still have my job for now so i have health insurance!. I have been getting my drugs from people off the street!. If i go to a regular doctor and explain the situation will he write me out a script for them!? I feel like that is my last chance for help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most insurance carriers provide for outpatient programs, check into your insurance, then go to the doc!., tell him everything you are using & how much a day (don't hold back or lie as it will get you nowhere)!. I know kicking the methadone can be pure evil/even worse than smak,!.!.!.
You will need a support system, go to na!.org and use the find meetings link to find narcotics anonymous meetings in your area-they are free! And I guarantee that everybody you meet there has been through what you are going through right now!

Are you asking for help!?!? Or asking for a new source for your drugs!? I could not be sure after reading your post!.
Call up your local Drug/Alcohol abuse center and ask where you can go sign in as an inpatient for Detox/treatment!.
If you really want to stop, or you can wait until legal issues, health issues force your action!.

You need to help yourself by letting your doctor help you!. If you want the change in your life to stop being a drug addict, you need to do the right thing and go into rehab!. Talk to family members or someone who you know will be there to support you! Good luck! Don't give up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
