Answers:
If you are thin and have little muscle mass in you butt it is likely part of your pelvic girdle (hip bone)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are no other bones in that area besides the coccyx and its adjacent bones!. The coccyx is at the very end of the spine, and is more commonly known as the tail bone!. Above the coccyx is the sacrum, which almost looks like a triangle, narrowing as it comes toward the coccyx!. The sacrum connects the coccyx to the lumbar vertebrae at the bottom of the spine!.
If you're talking about a bone slightly above the butt, right around your hip, that's probably the iliac crest, which is the most prominent part of your hip!. If you're talking about a bone slightly beneath your butt, in your legs, that's probably your femur, or your thigh bone!.
Other than that, there are no other bones in that area, that I'm aware of!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know you said it's not this, but there are no other bones in that region that I know of!. So here's my original answer!.

That's the tailbone, or coccyxx (Not spelled correctly, obviously :P)!. It's one of those vestigial remains, courtesy of good ole evolution!.

Ah, found the right spelling!. It's coccyx!. I'll add a wikipedia link below for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
