Not drinking enough water probably hun, or it could be a medical problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could actually be migraine headaches!. I suffer from severe migraines at times, and when i have a mild one, it can feel very similar to a hangover headache!. See your doctor and explain exactly what the headaches feel like!.
The most common symptoms of a migraine attack include throbbing headache, sensitivity to light and noise, nausea (feeling sick), vomiting (being sick) and lethargy (lack of energy)!.

You don't have to have all the symptoms as there are different forms of migraine!. Sometimes like i said earlier, i sometimes just get the headache and feeling sick!.
If your doctor thinks you may have migraine, ask him to prescribe Imigran tablets, you only get 6 in a pack and they are expensive to buy over the counter, but you only need 1 tablet and the headache is gone within an hourWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds as if you're not drinking enough fluids during the day but if you are then i'd suggest you see your doctor!. It could be a 'cluster headache' which is harmless but painful but it could be a sign of something that needs investigating, give your dr a ring tomorrow if only to set your mind at rest and to get some proper headache painkillers, over the counter ones are not powerful enough! Best of luck, hope you feel better soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can only think that it must be stress in the brain or dehydration!. I am not a doctor!.

If you close your eyes in a darkened room you should see nothing but black!. If there is any flashing or colouration then this usually indicates stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think a hangover headache is partly caused by dehydration, so you probably haven't been drinking enough water, or you may have spent too much time in the sun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you dehydrated!? Hangover headaches are usually caused by dehydration, so I would advise you to drink some more fluids and take a couple of paracetamol!.
