Insomnia after 2 weeks of being vegan?!


Question: Insomnia after 2 weeks of being vegan!?
Right now it's 4:18 A!.M!. and I have to wake up to go to work at 11:00 A!.M!. that gives me a little under 7 hours to sleep :(

Ever since I recently started eating vegan I've been unable to sleep!. My thoughts won't cease when I'm trying to rest

Are you hungry!? You need to make an effort to get protein and I believe there is one vitamin b that is hard to get as a vegan!. If you are not drinking milk products, thats cutting out alot of protein sources for you!. Calcium/magnesium combo supplment may help!. Buy one that is together cause they put the right ratio of them together!.

eat some calcium rich food like bananas or soya!. try a simple meditation like trancedental meditation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
