A friend of mine has been getting the shot for years and absolutely loves it!.
I tried it a few years ago and bled for weeks after getting it!. My doctor said 80% of the women who get the shot stop having periods altogether, but I wasn't one of them!. My friend didn't have a period the whole time she was on it!.
A lot of women gain weight while on it, so you just have to be more attentive to diet and exericse!. It would definitely be better than having to remember to take the pill every day!. It can't be all bad if so many women like it!. But like everything, it's not for everyone!. You just have to try it and see how it affects you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My ex- had it back in March for the first time, she bled for 4 weeks, and suffered major loss of sex drive!. She is due to get her next shot very soon, but I am not with her anymore, so she probably won't discuss it with me!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Substantial weight gain!.!.!.I took it for almost a year!.!.!.I had lost most of my baby weight, and put it right back on with the shots!.!.!.I started losing a couple of months after I stopped taking the shots!. But I hardly bled any at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
when i had the depo-shot i bleed the whole time, and it made me lose weight and my skin looked really drained!. i hated that shot it did not work for me, but too each it's own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
