Does anyone know of a good way to relax?!


Question: Does anyone know of a good way to relax!?
I'm really starting to get stressed about my grades in school and finals coming up!. On top of that I have a friend who's struggling with an eating disorder and I'm trying to help her!.!.!. it's just getting to be too much to handle!.

If anyone has any good ways to help me relax, they would be much appreciated!. But please don't suggest that I should ditch my friend or anything because I just will not do that to her!.

Note: I currently run about an hour every day and do floor-barre (like pilates for dancers) adding these two things has helped a little, but I still need something else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

These are a few things that always seem to work for me:

1!.) Listen to music: It seems like kind of an obvious one, but try to keep it the music lively!. I personally like listening to songs in my favorite languages, especially ones I don't understand!. You appreciate the sound and rhythm of the song so much more!. My current favorite is a bengali song called "Ami Premer Pagol!."

2!.) Look closely into your own eye in a mirror: You kind of feel silly while doing it, cuz you likely need to turn your head to get the light just right and might notice how odd you may look if someone walked in on ya!. But when you take a good look at the colors and patterns in the human eye you kind of get!.!.!. hypnotized!.

3!.) Nature Walk: You say you run an hour every day!? I don't know if that's indoors or outdoors or if you like nature, but natural sunlight, air and scenery does work wonders on human outlook!. We need that sprinkle of time outdoors to keep our mood up!.

4!.) Personality Quizes: Quizilla!.com is good for this one, though you sometimes have to filter through what qualifies as a "good" quiz and a "bad" quiz!. The results, I find, are entertaining, even if they're not always accurate!. Try to find a quiz that compares you to something like an animal or an 'element' or a TV show!.

5!.) Turn your interests into therapy: this one's not so direct!.!.!. It varies alot from person to person!. For instance: thinking about things in general keeps me on a steady pace, a friend of mine likes to do random algebraic equations (he's very athletic, but I think he finds comfort in being able to solve something when the things facing him seem unsolvable) while another friend of mine likes to find interesting facts about his heritages!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Taking a nice, relaxing stroll in the park!. Sitting outside and enjoying life!. Sleeping!. Taking a nice, warm, relaxing bath!. Or just living life to its fullest with no regrets!.

And all this is coming from the "EMO" kid!.

When I get stressed, I sometimes sit on the recliner and listen to my favorite tunes on my iPod!. Listing to music helps me relax and think about thingsWww@Answer-Health@Com

or cleaning, i hate it but i find it really helps

I do exercise too and it wasn't enough!. Try hot baths with scented type oils!.!.!.um maybe just walking and relaxing near water!. Floor-barre that is cool!.!.!.I want to try that too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1) Take a day to pamper yourself!. Get your nails done, take a loong relaxing bath, go shopping, etc!.
2) Watch sad movies!. Sometimes it helps to know that someones life is a little worse then yours!. And it helps ALOT to just sit and cry while eating a whole tub of your favorite ice cream!.
3) Turn up your favorite music really loud and sing it on the top of your lungs while dancing crazily! That always seems to cheer me up a little!.
4) Go to a pet store!. Puppies or kittens make everyone feel better!.
5) Meditate!. You can learn how on the internet!. Just type "how to meditate" on google!. It helps a lot to just think about nothing for a while!.
6) Sleep!! Take some tylenol PM and zonk out for a bit!.
7) Babysit the nighbors kids!. It's not exactly relaxing, but it gets your mind off things and little kids are really good at cheering you up and making you happy!. They will keep you on your toes so you probably won't be thinking about much!
8) Go to quizilla!.com or myyearbook!.com!. They have quizzes and surveys and its really fun to see the kind of answers you get!
9) Spend some quality time with a family member!.
10) Go fishing or hiking!. VERY relaxing!!!

U want to know how to relax today s life is vey beasy man there is no time to relax but i tell the best way to relax follows the steps!.
1!.Close ur eyes and remember the funny moment that u have spend with ur friends or others!.
2!. watch small babies under 2 to 3 years watch their stupid actions and get have fun when i want any relaxasation i play with my nephews they are very cute and wants to fight with me!.
3!.if u are staying in a town then some times visits to a green vally or a village it is a beter place for relax i am living in my home vilage sience 12 years, it is beter way from others!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
