Its easy to say, but I think its a shame!. Whether 16 is the legal age or not is not really the point although I am sure that lots will disagree!. Its more about how much you care about someone!. Its such an intimate thing & you just hope that she is not looking for love in the wrong kind of way!.
I hope that this has not come across as judgemental it is not supposed to and I would say that many people talk the talk to appear grown up to their peers but its not grown up to have sex with someone it can be quite the opposite!.

Ninja, that is where you are wrong, the age limits are for a reason, and that is although you may be physically developed for sex, generally you are not emotionally developed to handle the repercussions of a sexual relationship, particularly when something goes wrong, ie 1+1 = 3 or more!.
You don't have to fit in a particular bracket to have sex even underage, but the general feeling is that it's with an older boy, through peer pressure or blackmail!.

13 is way too young!. I think for people who start early the normal age is 15-16!. For me and many others it is in the 18-19 area!.
It is not super unnormal that this happened at age 13 but it is not as common as other ages!. In my opinion if you are smart and careful and want to experiment once or twice at a young age go for it even though it is not the smartest idea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

not 13 as not developed properly and could cause a few problems in later life!. Also if the girl is 13 the boy is usually older to about 15 - 16 as they reach sexual maturity later in life!.
Basically as long as she and you know the meaning of protection then its fine, cause i dont wanna pay for your or her kids outta my ever growing larger tax's
