Here's a great stress reliever!. You can do it any time, anywhere!. It's best if done lying down!.
Start at the top of your body!. Clench your jaw for 5 seconds, then relax it!. Do the same with your shoulders, stomach, butt, legs, and feet!. (If you can!.) it really works!

Lie down and put some mozart in quietly!. Take some deep slow breaths in to the count of 5 and hold it for 4 secs then out slowly to count of 5!. Think about your body getting heavy and limp!. Think about the air going into your lungs and the motion of your chest as you breathe!. Keep focused on your breathing!.

Also, a nice hot shower or bath can help you feel more refreshed and relaxed and slip into some PJ's or very loose clothing!. Have cup of herbal tea such as tension tamer!.

Take a yoga class to get better at training your body and focusing on your breathing so that you don't think about all the other cluttering thoughts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I take a bath with bath salts,then I put four candles around my tub then turn the light out,get in let all the day fad away!.After my water goes cold I get-out and go read my bible and prayer then I do go to bed good night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A bubble bath with some candles is always heavenly!.
Sometimes nice, soothing music and some ice cream in front of the TV is especially nice!.
