Since the age of 12 but I stopped when my kids were 3 and 5 years old!. I am now very old and my kids don't do drugs including Nicotine!.

I regretted stopping for several years as I could not sleep at night but after taking up Tai-chi things got better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
NO, i have not!. but my friends have and they dont care what others think!. (and i have no intention of chasing a dragon named puff!.)
