I can't sleep! (breathing difficulties) Im scared and dont know what to do.?!


Question: I can't sleep! (breathing difficulties) Im scared and dont know what to do!.!?
Please read this whole thing, i really need help!.

Since 3 days ago i have been having a discomforting chest, and a need of air, and im not able to run or do physical actibitie cause it would just wear me out!.
I have also been experiencinng a sore throat and nausea with this!.
My mom says its just a bad cold wearing me down, but tonight im trying to sleep, everytime i doze off (just about to fall asleep) i suddenly wake up and take a deep breath and clutch my chest with this nervous feeling!.
This has happened every single time i finally fall asleep, 2 seconds later i wake up needing air and my chest is discomforting (not in pain)!.

My chest doesnt hurt, but it just feels tight and empty-like
Also, (now this could just be my head), my heart feels irregular and beats fast at times and doesnt seem to beat at all at others (again, this could just be anxiety scaring me)

Please i dont want to wake my parents up, but i dont know what to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try sleeping propped up on a couple pillows!. I mean take your pillows and actually place them against the head of your bed or the wall and then sit up against them so that your back is straight!. I know it sounds uncomfortable, but it will help you get air down better!. Also -- if you have any put a thick layer of Vick's on your chest!. This helps loosen things up a bit and helps you breath better!.

Chances are you have an upper respitory infection of some sort with some sinus issues as well -- there's a lot of it going around!. I'M NOT A DOCTOR, THOUGH! However, my two kids have both had it within the past couple of weeks!. The sinus drainage could be what's making your nausous, too!.

The other symptoms, with your heart, etc!., could very well be all in your head due to worrying about what's wrong with you!.

My suggestion would be to see if you feel any better in a couple of days!. If not, have your mom make you an appointment with your doctor!.

Now, of course, it your breathing gets worse, you need to wake your parents up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For right now get yourself 3 pillows to lye on!.keeping your chest propped up,like half way seating up!.and when your parnets get up asked them to take you too your doctor,you let the doctor know you need a sleep study done to see if you have apena,and if so your have too sleep with a manchie -mask over your face while you sleep!.You take care oh the tests dont hurt!.Your need to see a lung doctor also!.they will test your lungs with another test!. take care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
