Blackouts?!

Question: Blackouts!?
What happens when you have a blackout!? Does it literally all go black!?

Whenever I stand up in the morning after I've got out of bed or sometimes when I'm walking about, my sight gradually blacks over for a few seconds but then goes back to normal!. Is this a blackout and should I be concerned about getting them frequently!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may be suffering from blood pressure problems, anemia, or starvation/malnutrition!. See your doctor without delay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For me: my eyesight goes completely out, and I get dizzy, sometimes almost falling over, but not unconscious!. It can happen because you are anemic, or because your blood pressure is low!. It could also be too much excercise!.!.!.

What probably happens with you is that you don't let your blood flow catch up with your moves, like when you get up very fast after sitting or lying down for long!.!.!. But it can also happen the other way around: I did 2hrs cardio, and when I bent to touch my toes, I blacked out really bad!.

If it's very frequent, you should see a doctor, as it's probably anemia or blood pressure problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
