i just had this bloody nose and i couldn't get it 2 stop!. i once heard that its best 2 lie down, but won't that make u digest ur blood!.!.!. and i know thats bad!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thats not what you should do,No,you get you a cold washrag hold it over your nose,then pinch your nose,Whiling holding you head tilted back some and it will stop bleeding in 5-10mintue!. And if it dont by 30 mitues go to the hospital!.get checked !.take care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I get those all the time in the summer, well i smell rubbing alcohol with a paper towel or regular towel!. while siting up right!.!.

Pinch your nose and lean your head forward letting it drain out of your nose so it doesn't wind up going into your stomach which could make you sick to this until the blood stops!. If it continues i suggest you see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I've been told (by a doctor - for my daughter) about pinching the nose!.

dont lie! just lift slightly you head and with you thumb and index, put a little pressure to the two sides of your upper nose-pyramid (you will feel two bones)Www@Answer-Health@Com
just hold your nose with a napkin or paper towel and lean forward not back!.!. you dont want to ingest the blood or have it go down your throat and cough it up!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
