Relaxation, what works for you?!


Question: Relaxation, what works for you!?
Answers:
I usually start at my head and i tighten everything up one at a time (squeeze your eyes shut ) then release!. Then i go to my nose, (crinkle it up, release) and do that all the way down!.
I also downloaded a yoga podcast from itunes, totally free and SOOO relaxing!. You don't even need to be flexible!

I do marshal arts and yoga it takes away all the stress and keeps me in shape!. You should try marshal arts you gain better focus!. I been doing it since I was four years old!. Yoga I started when I was 12!.

You can also try rock climbing or sky diving like I do!. Your stress can't follow you when you climb!. And when you sky dive you feel like to are leaving your troubles behind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sunbatheing :) Don't do it often but when I do I feel soo relaxed and happier!. Also going for walks in a place like the countryside or a nice park!. I also drink chamomile tea when I want to de-stress!.
