Question: I have a pimple on my pinky toe!.!.HELP!!?

whats should i do!.!.it grows bigger by the minute! its all bubbly and gross!.!.!.i swear if i stare at it, it talks!.!.!.help me with my probelem!. has anyone had this issue before and if so tell me how to cure it! FAST!Www@Answer-Health@Com
