Question: Oh, ****! Need Answer Now! Possible Serious Problem!!?
I just laid down to go to bed and got this pain in my left temple!. At first I thought it was nothing, but my leg started feeling warm and weak!. I thought that it was the blanket at first, but I remembered that we went over strokes today in health!. I've spent the last while looking up the symtoms on the net, but it doesnt tell me much!. Can anyone tell me what the hell is wrong!?

I had the temple pain
Still got pain in my right foot (at the joints of the toes) that just started
Pain starting in legs!.

I dont even have a clue about the rest of the symtoms!. Im a southern boy!. how am i suppose to tell if im slurring or not!. Dads in the other room asleep!. Im gonna tell him if i have to, but he gets pissed about being in a hospital for anything but a physical!. someone please tell me what i need to do!. if i need to wake him up or if i can go to sleep or what!. it started about 12:40 or so!. its 1:11 now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Im not sure how old you are mate but whatever the age, wake your dad and if you can, get down the ER and get checked out!. Never worth taking risks with your health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you're imagineing it!. It's all in your mind!.!.you went over strokes today in health class!. Go to sleep and wake up tomorrow and you'll be findeWww@Answer-Health@Com

you have been bitten by a poisonous insect
that's for sure

i hve suffered a lot by thisWww@Answer-Health@Com

Call an ambulance! Don't gamble with this!. I'll pray!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The kind of stroke you learned about in class is exceedingly rare in school-aged young men!. I'd be more worried about a sentinel leak, and recommend an immediate neurologic exam and lumbar puncture (spinal tap), with or without CT scanning!. Wake up the old man!. The risk is probably no more than 10%, but even if it's just 2%, that 2% can kill you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Man, if your serious you need to get to the hospital! But what's up the "I'm a southern boy, how am I supposed to tell if I'm slurring!."!? That's kind of a dumb thing to say and leads me to believe you may be just getting your kicks here!. I'm from Eastern Kentucky, I have a thick accent but I would know if my speech was slurring, and you would too, believe me!. But again, if you are serious about this!. You need to get to a hospital quick!. If you want you can go to "www!.webmd!.com" !.!.!.they have a symptom checker that might shed some light on this but it sounds bad to me!. I'd get to the ER as soon as possible if I were you!. If your serious and not just goofing off!.

Edit: click on the naked guy and answer the question's it asks you!. If your pain is severe, don't hesitate to wake your dad!. If it's tolerable you may just need some rest like someone else said!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Got this from Wikipedia
* Face - look to see if there is any drooping or loss of muscle tone on the face
* Arm - ask the patient to close their eyes and hold both arms out straight for 30 seconds - in a patient with a stroke, you might see one arm tending to slowly move down
* Speech - listen to see if you can hear any slurring of the speech not otherwise explained (e!.g!. alcohol) and see if they can answer simple questions (where are you!?, what's your name!?, what day of the week is it!?)
* Test all three - given that any one of the four signs might be present, all three have to be tested (and documented)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Can you go to sleep!? That would be the best thing!. This could be stress-related, and stress can do amazing unusual things to the body!. I think you'll feel all better in the morning!.

At first you said the headache was on one side only!. That would be a migraine!. Keep that in mind!. Migraines are brutal, but there are many GREAT medications for them!.

If you don't feel well in the morning, call your doctor!. Take some Tylenol, or any nsaid (aspirin, advil, aleve, ) you have in the house!. Only take the recommended dose!. Extra will NOT help!. Drink some warm milk or chamomile tea if you have it!. I think you need a good night's sleep!.
Bless you and Good luck!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
