Question: Can you talk me out of having a cigarette!?
I haven't had a cigarette since Sunday!. I can't remember any of the reasons I quit, I just want to smoke!.

I was a light smoker for years and quit, 7 years later a had 1 cigg and now I smoke more than before!.I want to quit!. If you can get through the first week the next will be easier!. But right now you need to focus on the next 5 minutes!. Get through the next 5 and then the next 5!. Good Luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Think of how you'll feel after you smoke it!.!.!.all these days of doing so well, wasted for just a couple of minutes!. Then you'll be mad at yourself, which will probably lead you to smoking more instead of continuing your quitting!.!.!.stay strong now, the urge will pass, and you will stay on track! Distract yourself with something else that you like to do, unrelated to smoking!.
Remember: Nothing worth doing comes easy!.

Because you are going to stink like crap if you do!.!. and your teeth will get yellower and your lungs will get blacker!. You are getting closer to getting over the hard part and if you have a cigarette it will just bring you back to square one and you will have to start all over again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My grandpa who I was very close to died from lung cancer from smoking and sorry to be graphic, but he choked on his blood!. Thats how he died!. I watched him go through chemo 2 or 3 times and saw all the needle pricks on his arms and lose a lot of weight!. It was hard!.Anyone who would want to go through all of that is just crazy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
don't do it - you will feel guilty later and stink!. Remind yourself you are a non-smoker now!. Get up and do something that isn't conducive to smoking!. Try to distract yourself and remember that this urge will pass again!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
