Can anybody tell me if they ever had a lump in their neck and what it turned out!
Question: Can anybody tell me if they ever had a lump in their neck and what it turned out to be!?
I have a lump on my cervical posterior portion of my neck, I do not smoke or have a history of cancer!. However I have been coughing up phlegm since November and have a crusty nose as well!.

Are you sure it's a lump!? You say it's posterior cervical area, that should be right about where your top two vertebrae are!. The "lump" you may be feeling is probably the spiny part of the bone that is the beginning or your vertebral column!. But, when in doubt, have a doctor check it out!. Still, I wouldn't worry about it!. The phlegm and nasal problems are most likely due to allergies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
