Question: How do i take this pill!?

Ok I'm taking a Hair, Skin & Nails pill!.

Directions: For adults, take three (3) tablets daily, preferably with meals!.

Ok do I take them all at once, or do I take one at a time with breakfast lunch and dinner!?
